How much does pressure washing cost?
Pricing depends on several factors including the size of the area, the type of surface, the level of buildup, and the service needed. We offer free, no-obligation quotes so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain generally doesn't affect our work, but in the case of heavy rain or storms, we'll reschedule your appointment at no charge.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically schedule jobs within a few days to a week depending on demand. Contact us early to secure your preferred date.
How often should I have my roof washed?
In South Florida's climate, we recommend having your roof cleaned every 1–2 years to prevent algae, mold, and lichen buildup.
Why does my roof have black streaks?
Those black streaks are caused by a type of algae called Gloeocapsa Magma, which is very common in Florida's humid climate. Left untreated, it can damage your shingles and shorten your roof's lifespan. Our roof soft washing treatment safely removes it.
Will pressure washing damage my plants or landscaping?
We take care to protect your landscaping. We pre-wet plants before cleaning and rinse them thoroughly afterward. Our cleaning solutions are safe for surrounding vegetation when used properly.
Is pressure washing safe for all surfaces?
Not all surfaces should be pressure washed at high pressure. That's why we assess each surface before choosing the right method. Delicate surfaces like roofs, painted wood, and stucco are better suited for soft washing, which we also offer.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove dirt and stains from hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with cleaning solutions to safely clean more delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and wood — killing mold and algae at the root for longer-lasting results.
How long does a typical job take?
Most residential jobs take between 1–4 hours depending on the size and scope of the project. Larger commercial jobs may take longer.
Do you charge extra for two-story homes?
Additional height may affect pricing due to the equipment and time required. We'll factor this into your free quote.
